Lagos - An explosive device went off on Monday
in Nigeria's economic capital Lagos, killing a man and seriously
wounding a policeman, a police spokesperson and a rescue official said.
“It was a minor wired explosive
that went off. A man was killed and a policeman was seriously injured.
We are investigating all circumstances surrounding the incident,” Lagos
